We are looking for highly motivated team members for day, weekend, and evening shifts who are excited to deliver excellent food and an outstanding guest experience.

Supervisor Role

The Supervisor is the junior leadership position on Piadas Career Path responsible for overseeing team members and ensuring each guest receives an authentic experience. The Supervisor also manages food quality, kitchen responsibilities, daily prep lists, labor scheduling, and staff development.

• Lead the restaurant as a junior member of the leadership team
• Provide an experience from the heart by thoughtfully cooking and preparing ingredients
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, cleaning, and maintenance procedures
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized
• Follow your daily checklist to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Manage food ordering and labor scheduling as needed
• Develop team members into future supervisors
• Assist with any additional duties assigned
