Join our team as an Anodizer I, where you will play a key role in preparing and racking components for our anodizing and chem film processes. In this hands-on position, you'll work with precision as aluminum parts are treated through specialized chromate conversion, chromic, or sulfuric baths. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Learn the Anodize process and procedures
  • Anodize processes include Boric, Chromic and Sulfuric
  • Handle parts with care at all times to avoid damage
  • Prep parts, including appropriately cleaning and securely racking of parts
  • Prepare clips, racks, and frames prior to racking
  • Carry racks to and from work rail
  • Tie wire around mounted aluminum and rack
  • Count and record number of pieces being loaded onto rack
  • Operate mobile equipment and position work on bar and hoist
  • Chem Film and Anodize Parts
  • Fill out paperwork correctly for work done
  • Unload/unrack rack with parts of various sizes, lengths, shapes, and weights
Required Education and Experience:
  • None
Additional eligibility qualifications:
  • Must have an acceptable criminal history background check
  • Must pass a drug test
Position type and expected hours of work:
  • Full-time
  • 2nd Shift 2:45pm to 11:00pm
  • Monday thru Friday occasional Saturday as needed
  • Some overtime may be required
