About the Role:

The Golf Course Maintenance Technician will engage in a variety of tasks essential for maintaining the beauty and quality of our golf courses. Responsibilities include performing semi-skilled maintenance work and contributing to construction efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate powered equipment to mow golf courses, including greens, tees, and roughs.
• Utilize edgers and trimmers effectively.
• Prepare soil, lay sod, plant vegetation, and manage weed control.
• Change out cups and tee markers as needed.
• Maintain ball washers, water hazards, and bunkers to ensure optimal play conditions.
• Use light equipment for hauling materials and clearing debris.
• Trim trees, prune shrubs, and cultivate a variety of plants and flowers.
• Assist in constructing new greens, tees, and fairways by preparing soil and planting seeds.

Who You Are:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance.
• Able to comprehend and follow both written and verbal instructions.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual (English - Spanish) is a plus.
• Local candidates preferred as this position does not offer relocation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
