ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • With supervision, create and process offer letters for all positions, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • With supervision, complete onboarding process for new team members, ensuring all necessary paperwork and orientation activities are completed.
  • Routinely, answer Tier 1 calls from team members and candidates, addressing questions and providing information as needed.
  • Prioritize and handle multiple HR transactions, promptly reporting any potential barriers to leadership.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with team members, addressing concerns and promoting a supportive work environment.
  • Primary contact for all team member inquiries and opportunities, providing prompt and accurate responses.
  • Recruitment Communication: Serve as a liaison between recruiters and candidates, facilitating precise and efficient communication.
  • Support the overall function and goals of the department by performing other HR-related duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Basic excel and word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and processes.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing work demands.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a human resources role preferred.
