What You'll Do
As a Property Manager, you'll bring the LUMA Playbook to life by:
Leading with Presence:
Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing team through thoughtful hiring, coaching, and leadership that reflects LUMA's standards of professionalism and service, including modeling polished presentation and strong interpersonal communication.
Driving Performance:
Achieve occupancy, revenue, and expense goals while maximizing asset value and cash flow for ownership.
Delivering the Brand Experience:
Ensure every resident and prospect interaction reflects LUMA's commitment to a polished, welcoming, and high-touch customer experience-from first impression to long-term residency, and that the onsite team consistently conveys the lifestyle the community is designed to represent.
Upholding Excellence:
Implement and maintain LUMA's policies, procedures, and operational standards to create a community that is both well-run and beautifully presented.
Staying Ahead & Accountable:
Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while modeling integrity, consistency, and professionalism for your team.
