Job Title: Maintenance Porter

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary contact for facility users regarding cleaning and maintenance requests.
• Dust and wipe desks, tables, windowsills, and other surfaces to maintain cleanliness.
• Empty trash and recycling bins, replacing liners as needed.
• Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors to ensure a spotless appearance.
• Report maintenance issues such as leaks, broken fixtures, or safety hazards promptly.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs and minor repairs.
• Support special cleaning projects or facility setup tasks as required.
• Perform other duties to support the overall upkeep of the facility.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 lbs.
• Capable of bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and working at heights, including climbing ladders.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• May require evening, weekend, or holiday shifts depending on location needs.
