Pay Range: $20.14 - 24.47 Hourly

The schedule works from 7:00am-3:30pm with Tue & Wed off!

Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle

Do you enjoy maintaining buildings, grounds keeping and facilities equipment to keep the business operating efficiently? Grandscape's Building Maintenance Technician I is the position for you. Our world class retail and destination lifestyle center offers multiple opportunities for you to put your skills to work.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

• Maintain working knowledge of irrigation and plumbing systems throughout the property
• Manage Maintain Grandscape equipment, including but not limited to golf carts, Columbia, Trikkes, and UTVs
• Plan Inspect, maintain and service exterior systems and equipment
• Assist Conduct daily property inspections to include roofs, restrooms, lighting, signage, and service yards
• Collaborate Support the set up and tear down of event spaces

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

• High school diploma or G.E.D preferred
• 6 months of experience in building maintenance, custodial, general, or labor work
• Technical or trade school classes in related field
• Basic carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing skills preferred
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Lift test required: ability to lift, push, pull required weights per established requirements for the department. Ability to climb stairs
• Ability to be on call as scheduled for at least one week of each month
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, motor vehicle record and criminal background check
