Director Position At The Goddard School Of Frisco (West), Texas

The Goddard School of Frisco (West), Texas, is looking for a motivated self-starter for a Director's position at our new school. A bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field, and management experience in a licensed childcare center or preschool is required. A candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and have a good understanding of age-appropriate activities for young children.

The preschool faculty is made of caring and dedicated teachers who understand each child's needs. The ideal preschool Director has strong leadership skills, is an excellent communicator, and can motivate and inspire others.

Director responsibilities include: overseeing preschool operations, developing strong relationships with staff and families, managing a budget, complying with state childcare licensing regulations, projecting a positive and upbeat attitude while working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating highly effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, having a genuine love for children, staff, and a strong commitment to education, managing staff relationships, setting the positive mood in the school, engaging staff and families, reviewing and assisting lesson planning, understanding special needs requirements, being a liaison between the school and the franchisor resources, and managing inventory.
