Pikemann is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing financial accounting, reporting, and internal controls while mentoring staff and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile financial statements, variance reporting, and account reconciliations (including intercompany eliminations)
  • Maintain and strengthen internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee monthly close, journal entries, fixed assets, depreciation, and intercompany transfers
  • Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, board packages, and government filings (1099s, Medicare/Medicaid cost reports, 990, PBJ)
  • Partner with auditors on annual financial and benefit plan audits
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Mentor and support accounting staff, fostering collaboration and best practices
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
  • 3+ years of accounting experience (financial consolidation, variance analysis, reconciliations)
  • 1+ year of leadership or mentorship experience preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, non-profit, or external audit strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with GAAP standards; PCC, Paychex, or AOD experience a plus
  • Bilingual in Chinese preferred but not required
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
