Base pay will be determined by skills and experience, with opportunities for team-based bonuses. Temporary associates can participate in the 401(k) program, but are not eligible for benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome all visitors to our community, answering questions, directing phone calls, and ensuring guest sign-in.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing community and resident mail, along with basic office functions and maintenance of visitor logs.
  • Respond to resident emergencies by contacting necessary personnel according to community protocols.
