Production Team Member

SUMMARY:

Responsible for manufacturing fencing products, including gates and wood fence panels. This team member will also assist with shipping yard activities, including loading and unloading trucks and pulling orders.

What we are looking for:

Someone who can set their own pace, work in a team environment, and build productive relationships by solving problems. Experience in the fence industry is a plus but we are willing to train someone with relatable skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Pulling customer orders with accuracy
• Loads trucks in accordance with orders.
• Maintain organization in storage yard, and warehouses.
• Document daily paperwork and turn in to supervisor as required
• Operating Vehicles, Mechanized Devices, or Equipment
• Coordinating and directing others to complete task in a safe and productive manner
• Keep work area clean.
• Other duties as assigned.

Salary/Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
