Job Summary: The Lead Restoration Technician is responsible for overseeing and managing a crew, controlling job costs, production times, and quality assurance, and acting as the primary point of contact for our customers, in addition to being responsible for a company vehicle and all equipment for both commercial and residential divisions. In addition, the Lead Technician is working with a Field Technician who regularly handles 24/7 emergency water damage recovery, mold remediation, fire restoration, and indoor air quality services in homes and buildings.
