About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engagement Leader to drive strategic client engagements in the field of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading external client interactions, managing complex AI-driven projects, and delivering innovative solutions tailored to customer needs. This role requires a strong background in AI technologies, exceptional client relationship management skills, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end client engagements, from initial discussions to solution delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external clients, understanding their needs and translating them into AI-powered solutions leveraging Generative AI and LLMs.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions that address customer challenges.
• Drive the adoption and integration of AI technologies within client organizations, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
• Conduct workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to educate clients on the potential of Generative AI and LLMs.
• Stay up to date with advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing to drive continuous innovation.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales and business development efforts.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles, managing AI/ML projects, or leading external engagements in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs (GPT, BERT, T5, etc.), NLP, and Machine Learning concepts.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and cloud platforms such as Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, Google Vertex AI, etc.
• Proven track record of successfully managing client engagements, driving adoption of AI solutions, and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and drive projects to successful completion.
• Experience in business development, proposal writing, and identifying new AI-driven opportunities is a plus.
