OverviewUnder general supervision and working closely with check clerk lead. Processes data entry transactions. Scanning checks, filing checks, and mailing checks. Performs other clerical duties as requestedResponsibilities* Performs scanning of return checks* Performs filing of return checks* Performs data entry processes into a database* Performs assigned tasks and projects* Verifies and corrects information,* Ensure complete and accurate data entries into system* Performs other duties as assigned* Processes special and recurring reports* Mental qualifications include ability to enter data accurately, prepare reports and maintain records* Monitors email boxes, inboxes, and other systems to fulfill requested servicesPHYSICAL DEMANDS* Will be required to lift up to 10 lbs.* Must be able to use a keyboard and sit for extended periods of time. Mental qualifications include ability to follow directions and communicate appropriately and effectively with staff and customers.Qualifications* High School Diploma or equivalent* Microsoft Office and Database Systems* Knowledge of customer service concepts and practices* Knowledge of basic systems as needed* Skill in oral and written communication* Skill in operating a personal computer utilizing a variety of software applications, including database* Must be detail oriented and have good organizational skills* Ability to efficiently follow-up to find missing information* Ability to multi-task.
