We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals in various care settings, including home care, assisted living, nursing homes, and community programs. Duties

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor and observe patients for any changes in condition, reporting findings to healthcare professionals
• Administer medications following care plans and HIPAA regulations
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal consumption
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a caring environment
• Support with housekeeping tasks including cleaning and maintaining a safe, sanitary living space
• Operate medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts and monitor vital signs as required
• Assist with mobility using assistive devices like wheelchairs or Hoyer lifts, ensuring safety during transfers
• Follow prescribed care plans meticulously, documenting patient progress and observations accurately
• Support residents with specialized needs such as dementia, Alzheimer's, autism, or developmental disabilities through tailored approaches

Skills

• Proven experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or long-term care environments
• Knowledge of patient care procedures including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and dementia or memory care techniques
• Certifications such as First Aid and CPR are highly desirable
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and privacy
• Ability to work compassionately with seniors or individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges
• Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and recognizing health changes
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with transfers using equipment like Hoyer lifts
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with residents, families, and healthcare teams
• Experience working with people with autism or other special needs is a plus
• Ability to follow detailed care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided
