Logistics Clerk - Manufacturing
Location: Denton, TX
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We're looking for a Logistics Clerk to take ownership of inbound and outbound shipping operations, coordinate large container movements, and support inventory control in a high-volume production facility. This is a dynamic opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding operation that values precision, and accountability.

What You'll Do:
Shipping & Receiving Coordination

• Manage the scheduling, tracking, and documentation of inbound/outbound containers
• Verify bills of lading and shipping records for accuracy
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, drivers, and warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery and dispatch

• Maintain ERP/WMS inventory records; reconcile discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory
• Receive and label incoming materials; log data accurately in Excel and inventory systems

• Uphold safety and compliance standards on the floor and dock
• Contribute to the professionalization and restructuring of warehouse operations
• Help foster a collaborative, respectful team environment as the company evolves

• 2+ years of logistics, warehouse, or shipping/receiving coordination in a manufacturing setting
• Preferred - Bilingual: English/Spanish - required for daily team direction
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
• Experience working with large containers and label systems
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management
