Senior Helpers McKinney is seeking compassionate and experienced caregivers to provide exceptional care to seniors.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment.
• Prepare meals and snacks, following dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Administer medication as directed by a physician.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Communicate with families and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to lift and transfer individuals safely.
• Ability to pass a background check.
