Reporting to the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, the Sr. Clinical Recruiter collaborates with corporate, regional and hospital management to forecast and amend hiring needs based on organization goals. Following all applicable laws, regulations and Oceans Healthcare standards. Partnering with hospital administration and regional leadership to ensure that candidates presented and hired, embody the Oceans six and have the skills to complete the main job responsibilities. Partner with the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition on managing the full cycle recruiting process which includes sourcing, screening, phone and in-person interviews, assisting in the evaluation of final candidates, creation of offer letter to candidate organizational onboarding.
