We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Maintenance Team Leader to oversee maintenance operations at the Villas at Stonebridge Ranch, a premier 280-unit garden-style community in McKinney, TX. Our mission revolves around providing exceptional employee experiences and outstanding customer service.

As our Maintenance Team Leader, you will:

• Lead and motivate the maintenance team, ensuring efficient operations and a positive work environment.
• Prepare vacant apartments promptly for leasing to maintain community occupancy.
• Utilize your expertise in troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems to resolve issues effectively.
• Provide top-notch support to residents for general maintenance needs including appliance and flooring repairs.
• Monitor and maintain the physical condition of the property, proactively addressing any concerns.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks on essential equipment to ensure uninterrupted service for our residents.

Qualifications:

• Signing Bonus: $1,000 (certain restrictions apply)
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in multifamily or hotel maintenance at a supervisory level.
• Skillset: Proficient with HVAC systems, electrical installations, plumbing, appliance repairs, and carpentry.
• Certifications: HVAC/EPA certification and Fair Housing training required. CPO and CAMT certifications needed (can be obtained post-hire).
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to resident satisfaction.
• Availability: Willingness to be on call as needed.

Pay Range: $28.50 - $31.50 per hour. This pay range is approximate and actual pay depends on factors such as experience and relevant certifications.
