Job Details

We are looking to recruit dedicated volunteers that would like to support hospice patients and their families over the phone. These special volunteers spend some time each week calling a list of patients to make sure they have everything they need and let them know that in addition to their clinical team, there is a caring person making sure they are ok and can listen to them.

We call this program our Circle of Care, and the Circle of Care callers form a critical safety net to make sure patients never run out of medications or supplies in between visits, and can make sure any patient/family concerns or questions get addressed quickly.

Circle of Care Callers can develop great relationships with their patients as we work to keep the call lists consistent week over week and patients/families come to anticipate their weekly call from their Circle of Care Caller.
