**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Guest Interaction:

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Provide information about the menu, services, and special offers to enhance the guest experience.

- **Service Excellence:

Deliver high-quality service consistently by attending to guest needs promptly and efficiently. Assist with orders, recommend menu items, and accommodate special requests.

- **Collaboration:

Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure timely service and a positive guest experience.

- **Cleanliness & Organization:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Assist in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred, but not required.

- Ability to work on your feet, lift up to 25 pounds and be willing to work outside serving the guests.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, is a plus.
