Starting Pay : $25/hr

Location: 910 Elm St, Mckinney, Tx, 75069

Schedule: 7am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Brush & Roll painting techniques
• Knowledge and use of spray equipment (preferred)
• Ability to operate lifts, ladders, and power tools
• Must be able to distinguish colors on charts, fan decks, and labels
• Dependable transportation
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays
• Must be willing to undergo an onsite drug screen
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in commercial and industrial paint and coating applications

Essential Job Functions

• Apply Latex, oil-based, and epoxy paints using brush and roll techniques
• Prepare surfaces (wood, metal, plastic, aluminum, stainless steel, etc.) for paint application
• Ensure proper surface preparation for optimal coating performance

Physical Requirements

This position involves:

• Repetitive movement
• Frequent walking throughout the facility
• Kneeling, crouching, and stooping
• Use of hands to operate tools, parts, and equipment
• Lifting up to 50 lbs. while bending, twisting, and standing
