The purpose of this position is to interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about their accounts. Duties include handling customer interactions and responding to inquiries. The position will also participate in team meetings to maintain expert knowledge about NTTA products or services and discover new communication tactics to best assist customers. Other duties include completing related projects as assigned.
