As our General Manager, youll be the heartbeat of the property, shaping every detail of the pre-opening journey: recruiting and developing a high-performing team, establishing operational standards, crafting the guest experience, and bringing the AC brand to life in a way that reflects both the McKinney community and the sophistication AC Hotels.
You lead with empathy, effective communication, humility, innovation, and financial focus to manage all aspects of hotel operations.
