This role focuses on accurate specimen handling, data entry, and compliance with quality and safety standards to ensure customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Process laboratory specimens including presorting, centrifugation, aliquoting, imaging, and delivery to lab areasPerform high-volume data entry (minimum 6,000 alphanumeric keystrokes/hour)Accurately identify specimen types and related test ordersFollow changing compliance and test-ordering regulationsMeet productivity, quality, and turnaround time standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaCommunicate effectively with team members and leadershipDemonstrate flexibility in response to daily operational changesWork Environment & Schedule:Production-driven laboratory settingBiohazard environment with required safety practicesAbility to sit or stand for extended periodsPrimarily night shiftAvailability required for weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime
