Requirements

You will create the first and last impression of the Guest experience. You will warmly welcome Guests on arrival. Seat them according to their preferences and availability. You will also ensure Guests are receiving memorable experiences by supporting Servers and other FOH Associates. You will be the last person to wish them an even better day and invite them to return.

As a Carry out/ Host Associate you will be part of a team that will process orders, payments and help properly pack Carry-out orders.

• Warmly and graciously greet all Guests upon arrival.
• Open the front door for Guests entering or leaving the restaurant.
• Manage the Wait-list during high volume
• Learn Guest names and preferences - let them know how important they are
• Inquire about the Guests' experience and handle ... or inform the right person
• Thank Guests as they leave and invite them to return.
• Take Carry out orders in-person, on phone, or through the tablet
• Enter orders, send to kitchen and process payments
• Pack food according to standards, prepare for hand off.
• Complete daily sidework and set up for next shift.

• No previous restaurant experience required.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
• Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in the predominant language(s) of our Guests
