The Maintenance tech is a self-starter, action-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills, including follow-up and follow-through. The Maintenance team oversees a large variety of projects in addition to daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly maintenance needs both inside and outside of the facility.

• Must have a desire and understanding of research, documentation, and policy development.
• Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.

• Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal formats and build and maintain strong relationships.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical).
• Proficient in MSOffice Office Suite.
• Strong project management or organizational skills.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Team Builder who can develop and lead teams with a shared goal around the mission and vision of Elevate Life Church.
