Job Responsibilities:

Lobby, Lobby Conference Room, Receptionist Area, Hospitality Room, Hospitality Restrooms, Fitness Room, Locker Rooms, Sales Offices, Sales Conference Rooms, Sales Common Area, Merchandiser Room, Draft Room, Sign Shop, Warehouse Office and Restrooms, VMF Restroom/Kitchen, Upstairs Offices, Copy/Coffee Bar, Executive Conference Room, Upstairs Restrooms and all corresponding corridors.

Job Duties:

• Wipe down/dust conference/hospitality room tables, push in chairs, remove any debris; daily

• Wipe down all common areas, including toilet bowls, wiping down mirrors and stall doors, disinfecting sinks and countertops, wiping out microwave; daily

• Vacuum and mop; as needed in common areas / daily in restrooms

• Stock/replenish restrooms with toilet paper, hand soap and paper towels; daily

• Empty warehouse office, break room, and warehouse restrooms trash cans

• Mop and clean warehouse office, break room and warehouse restrooms

• Communicate needs and issues with President of Properties or General Manager

• Remove garbage from trash receptacles including in the front of the building and outside break room; daily
