Akkodis is seeking a Fulfillment Executor for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX. You will Coordinate and manage order fulfillment activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery while maintaining detailed tracking and documentation.
Rate Range: $30/hour to $31/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Fulfillment Executor job responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and manage order fulfillment activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products or services.
- Maintain detailed tracking and documentation using MS Excel and other tools for all fulfillment processes.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and prioritize multiple orders in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Utilize ERP or order management systems for processing and tracking fulfillment tasks.
- Identify and escalate potential delays or risks, providing proactive solutions to maintain service quality.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in fulfillment coordination or similar roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other tracking tools with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with ERP or order management systems and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
