Role Scope & Responsibilities:
We're looking for a Dishwasher who will support the smooth running of our Heart of House operations. Our Dishwashers are essential to our Kitchen operations, you will ensure our Heart of House team has clean equipment ready to use at all times to prepare and present dishes. Some of your responsibilities include:

• Supporting our Heart of House operations by ensuring hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times in our kitchen
• Ensuring our heart of house team have access to clean and sanitised cooking pots, pans, utensils, dishes and cutlery etc at all times
• Adhering to all TOCA Social standards and guidelines as well as statutory regulations at all times e.g. Health & Safety, Food Safety and Allergy processes
• Being a team player who's ready to support other departments as needed, especially during events
• Having an eye for opportunity to exceed expectations in a positive, surprising and delightful manner
• Proving clear and concise communication to teammates to minimise disruption to guests
• Being flexible in covering a range of duties in line with business needs when required

Hiring Timeline:In-person interviews will take place in late January, with new hire training in early to mid-February and an anticipated start date in early March.

The dynamic role of a dishwasher means no 2 days are the same at TOCA Social! You are responsible for bringing together multiple elements of our guests' journey together to deliver memorable experiences! We're passionate about training and developing all our teammates to support their career progression and help them become legends, so you may receive training within other departments to support the venue as and when necessary!
