Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all public areas, hallways, lobbies, elevators, and service corridors.
  2. Deliver and restock linens, guest supplies, and amenities to Housekeeping closets and guest floors.
  3. Assist Room Attendants by removing trash, dirty linens, and room service items from guest rooms and hallways.
  4. Support set-up and breakdown of meeting rooms, events, or special guest requests.
  5. Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to the appropriate department.
  6. Ensure all storage areas, closets, and equipment are organized and maintained to hotel standards.
  7. Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently, ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.
  8. Uphold cleanliness and safety standards when handling chemicals, equipment, and supplies.
  9. Assist with deep cleaning projects, such as carpets, upholstery, and windows, as assigned.

Work collaboratively with Housekeeping Supervisors, Room Attendants, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred, ideally in a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Strong attention to detail, efficiency, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision while remaining team oriented.
  • Guest-service focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to lift, push, or pull heavy items and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Knowledge of luxury hotel service standards (Forbes/AAA) is a plus.
