HOLIDAY PARTY SUPPORT

Hours: 5pm to 10pm (Duration 5 hours)
Location: Renaissance Dallas at Plano Legacy West Hotel | 6007 Legacy Dr, Plano, TX 75024
Pay: $25hr

Staff Perm will provide additional Holiday Party Support for (1 night) to assist at a company Holiday Party. You will work with others to greet and assist guests as they arrive/leave the event as well as other task during the event as assigned.

• Greets vendors, customers and visitors.
• Arranges for transportation services, when needed.
• Maintains a log of visitors.
• Alerts appropriate party of visitor arrival.
• Operates a telephone console to route incoming calls and relay messages.
• May provide clerical assistance such as typing.
• Must be skilled at operating a multi-line phone and forwarding calls.
• Must be able to follow defined procedures.
• Requires polite and lucid verbal communication.
