Duration: 12 Months Contract


Job Description:

• We are looking for a highly motivated individual to help us succeed in any domain against any challenge for a safer more connected world.
• As an Assembly Operator, your job will be to build next generation technology for the warfighter.
• You will perform a variety of tasks in support of a manufacturing/production environment.
• Duties for this position includes working in a cleanroom environment, performing mechanical assembly using various tools and fasteners.

• machined housings, circuit cards, mirrors, motors, and optical assemblies.
• Will be using chemicals and performing detailed hand manipulation with wire sleeving, solder, and bonding materials.
• Additionally, the operator will be required to use precision torque tools, solder, repair and/or inspect electric and mechanical systems.
• This position also requires the operator to pass certifications and to work limited overtime when needed.
• The operator is expected to cross-train for other areas and be engaged with daily production activities that drive continuous improvement in cost, quality, and schedule performance. a variety of tasks in support of a manufacturing/production environment.

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience
• Experience working with minimal supervision
• Self-Motivated
• Ability to read, understand and follow test instructions including technical drawings and testing process documents
• The use of personal protective equipment (PPE) for 8+ hours a day is required
• Ability to work weekends and/or overtime as required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• US Citizenship is required

• Ability to train others in assembly processes once certified
• Experience using shop floor management software (CMES, SAP, etc.) or similar

• High school, secondary school, or equivalent
• Technical certificate or Associates degree is preferred
