Title: Procurement Analyst

Location: Plano, TX

Pay: $35 - $41

Schedule: Hybrid (Tue–Thu onsite initially, then Mon–Thu)

Duration: 12-month contract + potential extension or direct hire

About the Role

We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to support tactical procurement operations across advertising/marketing and professional services categories. This role works with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and contract teams to manage sourcing, pricing, contract workflows, and procurement processes.

What You'll Do

✔ Lead sourcing activities including RFIs, RFQs & RFPs

✔ Support contract negotiation — pricing, term, scope, and vendor agreements

✔ Manage the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process for high-volume, low-risk requests

✔ Review and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders

✔ Resolve supplier onboarding, PO, and invoicing issues

✔ Assist with benchmarking, supplier diversity tasks, amendments, and NDAs

✔ Prepare and support contract workflows with internal contract administration teams

Qualifications – What You Bring

• 3–5 years procurement or sourcing experience

• Contract and pricing negotiation experience

• Strong analytical, communication & project management skills

• Supplier management experience

• P2P system knowledge (required)

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related

• SAP Ariba experience

• Familiarity with contract processes

• Experience in large or fast-paced corporate environments
