Join Our Team as a Warehouse Worker!

We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to become part of our dynamic team! Enjoy competitive wages ranging from $22.00 to $24.00/hr, based on your shift, with additional shift differentials. We offer wage increases approximately every six months for the first 36 months. Your open availability will enhance your chances of securing this role!

What You Can Expect in This Role:

• Strictly adhere to safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure workplace for all team members.
• Participate in safety training sessions to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Pack, load, and ship merchandise to stores and guests accurately.
• Ensure merchandise processing is accurate and timely to our stores and guests.
• Handle freight and manage inventory efficiently while upholding safety standards.
• Keep your workspace neat, clean, and organized.
• Arrive at work punctually and complete assigned tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Engage in problem-solving initiatives aimed at driving continuous improvement.
• Foster a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and as part of a team.

Job Requirements:

• Able to frequently lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. and occasionally up to 60 lbs.
• Capable of maneuvering utility carts and hand trucks with merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs.
• Physically prepared to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach at various times during shifts.
• Willing to work at heights of up to 40 ft. on a mezzanine, when necessary.
• A positive and respectful attitude is essential, whether working independently or in a team.
• Good basic math skills for counting, addition, and subtraction.
• Ability to read and understand labels, tickets, and product documentation.
• Competent in operating computer systems or handheld devices following training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and operate powered equipment safely, including but not limited to Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, and Forklifts.
• Proficient in English to follow safety guidelines and instructions effectively.

For those in the Food Distribution Center: Able to work in varying temperature-controlled environments including refrigeration and freezing areas.
