Position Summary:

The Warehouse Associate supports the Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Franchise system and company-owned bakeries by performing an array of warehouse duties as well as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and order fulfillment, packing and shipping orders, loading, unloading, stocking, inventory and other general warehouse duties. A keen attention to detail is a must, as a warehouse associate will be inspecting products for defects and reporting damages as needed.

Accountabilities/Duties:

• Accurately process, pack and ship orders from the bakeries.
• Maintain inventory of products; restock as needed.
• Inspect product for damages; report as needed.
• Log, label, and restock inventory.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
• Assemble and pack products for shipping.
• Follow all safety protocol and warehouse procedures.

Skill and Knowledge Requirements:

• Able to regularly and repeatedly lift 50lbs
• Efficiently move and load product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to bend and reach overhead
• Must be able to work under deadline pressure
• Experience using a hand-held scanner
• Ability to work well within a team
• Punctuality and dependability is a must
• Ability to read and write in English
• Basic math skills
• Basic computer skills a plus

Education/Certification and Work Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-year warehouse experience required
• Forklift certification a plus
