Position: Guest Assistant - Curbside Customer Service - DFW International Airport

Pay Rate: $15/hour

Schedule: Full-time (Fixed shifts; no modifications)

5 days week. 40 hours a week.

AM Shift 7:30am to 4:00pm

PM Shift 3:30pm to 12:00am.

Location: DFW International Airport

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests at airport curbs and offer directions to terminals, parking, and other facilities
• Monitor passenger loading/unloading activities of commercial operators
• Use two-way radios or phones to coordinate with dispatch and verify operator arrivals
• Ensure compliance with airport ground transportation regulations
• Anticipate and respond to service needs in assigned curbside zones
• Maintain a clean work area and ensure podiums are stocked
• Report emergencies or unauthorized transportation activity to authorities
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and stand for extended periods

Qualifications:
• Must pass a drug screening and comprehensive background check
• Fluent in spoken and written English; able to follow and relay instructions clearly
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Professional demeanor with excellent attendance and punctuality history
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to stand/walk for prolonged periods and work outdoors
• No visible tattoos or excessive piercings
