This position can be located at any manufacturing location, WHQ, or may be remote as reviewed and granted by exception. This role manages the production scheduling for the Snacks division to attain desired customer service and inventory goals, while balancing plant constraints and ensuring optimal inventory coverage of products at our manufacturing plants. This includes daily and weekly reporting of compliance with key performance metrics. This position works closely with both the Supply and Capacity planners, Deployment planners, Material planners, and Plant operations.

Minimum education required: BA/BS in Logistics, Operations Management, or Business preferred, or related field or equivalent experience in a similar role.
Minimum experience required: 3+ years of production scheduling or equivalent supply chain experience.

Percentage of travel required for the position: Will vary based on requirements: 15% max and 5% min.
Compensation and benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $62,200-$89,500. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
