Your Role
Oversee daily rail terminal operations, ensuring safe and efficient handling of materials.
Coordinate team activities and effectively communicate priorities to achieve production targets.
Monitor equipment and operational processes, promptly reporting issues and facilitating resolutions.
Train and mentor team members on safety protocols and operational standards.
Maintain precise documentation while collaborating with logistics and dispatch teams.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in an industrial environment.
Strong organizational and communication abilities.
A steadfast commitment to safety and operational excellence.
Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving challenges in a dynamic setting.
Familiarity with basic computer systems and reporting tools.
Employment Requirements

Work Environment
This role primarily involves working in environments with moving machinery, varying weather conditions, and elevated noise levels.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and move around the terminal for long durations.
Manual dexterity to operate tools, equipment, and computer systems.
Frequent bending, lifting, and carrying of materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Visual and auditory skills to navigate active work zones safely.
Capability to work outdoors under diverse weather conditions and adapt to physical challenges.

Starting pay of $23.00 per hour, based on experience.
