Your Role

  • Oversee daily rail terminal operations, ensuring safe and efficient handling of materials.

  • Coordinate team activities and effectively communicate priorities to achieve production targets.

  • Monitor equipment and operational processes, promptly reporting issues and facilitating resolutions.

  • Train and mentor team members on safety protocols and operational standards.

  • Maintain precise documentation while collaborating with logistics and dispatch teams.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in an industrial environment.

  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.

  • A steadfast commitment to safety and operational excellence.

  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving challenges in a dynamic setting.

  • Familiarity with basic computer systems and reporting tools.

Employment Requirements

Work Environment

  • This role primarily involves working in environments with moving machinery, varying weather conditions, and elevated noise levels.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, and move around the terminal for long durations.

  • Manual dexterity to operate tools, equipment, and computer systems.

  • Frequent bending, lifting, and carrying of materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

  • Visual and auditory skills to navigate active work zones safely.

  • Capability to work outdoors under diverse weather conditions and adapt to physical challenges.
