Crowley Surveying is looking for an experienced Crew Chief to join our growing team. If you're passionate about land surveying and enjoy leading crews in the field, this is your opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects across Texas and beyond.

What You'll Do

• Lead your own field crew on ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys (primary focus)
• Contribute to diverse projects: construction staking, pipeline, and design/topographic surveys
• Utilize Topcon Field or Carlson SurvPC field software for data collection
• Ensure field procedures, safety, and quality standards are met
• Coordinate seamlessly with office staff to complete projects on time
• Travel frequently: 50%–70% out-of-town stays expected

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of crew chief experience
• Proficiency with Topcon Magnet Field or Carlson SurvCE/SurvPC
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot License preferred (we can help you get licensed)
• Strong boundary, construction, and ALTA survey knowledge
• Proven leadership and ability to work independently
• Must pass pre-employment & random drug screens
• Must pass background checks (no felonies, no drug charges, no violent criminal history, no DUI/DWI)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must reside in the DFW metroplex area
