Analyst, Business Intelligence

This position requires onsite work at our Frisco, TX office at least 3 days a week. Remote work is not available.

Overall, the Business Intelligence Analyst supports and produces data insights and reports, providing cross‑departmental teams with analytical and forecasting support. The role involves collection and analysis of data related to network deployment costs, pricing comparisons, and business performance trends. Using SQL, Python, and BI tools, you transform data into insights that support operational and strategic decision‑making. You also contribute to continuous improvement and data quality during system migrations, fostering a customer‑first culture focused on business success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and validate data sets used for forecasting and reporting.
  • Build and execute SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.
  • Assist with model development for cost forecasting and trend analysis.
  • Conduct data quality checks and system reconciliation during migration projects.
  • Partner with business and engineering teams to interpret findings and support decisions.
  • Support the creation of dashboards and visualizations that communicate insights clearly.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and customer‑focused innovation.
  • Perform additional analysis and ad‑hoc projects as needed.

Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Marketing or related field (Required).
  • Prefer 2+ years of experience in business intelligence.
  • Experience conducting and communicating data‑driven analyses; proven quantitative and qualitative analysis and report writing skills.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with SQL and Python for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with statistical or ML concepts for forecasting and trend analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of Excel for data manipulation and reporting.

Professional Skills

  • Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Adaptable to change and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Communication Skills

  • Ability to translate data into stories and business insight.

Behavioral Attributes

  • Demonstrates curiosity, ownership, and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Travel

Possibly once a year for conferences.

Compensation and Benefits

Frisco, TX compensation range: $77,300 – $104,500. Base pay range: $66,900 – $120,600. Corporate bonus target: 10%.
