Job Details

Include, but are not limited to:$125,000 / salary. Perform duties and responsibilities of the Store General Manager in their absence or upon their discretion. Illustrate competent knowledge of various Point of Sale and transaction devices. Reconcile multiple shift reports. Resolve customer and employee issues quickly and in a friendly and professional manner. Assign and inspect elements listed on shift duty list. Communicate professionally with the Store General Manager and employees. Understand and apply federal, state, and local laws as they apply to retail sales and general employment matters. Assist the General Manager in recruiting, training, evaluating and managing employees. Assure safety rules and regulations are implemented and followed. Accurate and rapid use of small keyboards on Point Of Sale and transactional devices. Ability to identify and resolve immediate customer and store needs without constant supervision.
