Office Assistant/ Outbound Caller

The Company also provides mortgage financing and title services for homebuyers through its mortgage and title subsidiaries.

D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for an Office Assistant / Outbound Caller for their Home Insurance team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective customers
• Cultivate strong working relationships with agents, lenders and settlement service providers
• Organize and prioritize workload to meet team and company objectives
• Retrieve voicemail messages
• Distribute outgoing items
• Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company

Qualifications:

• Associate degree preferred but not required
• Call center or sales experience preferred
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications
• Proficiency with MS Office and email
