Summary

The Learning Experience – Aubrey is hiring a full‑time Assistant Director to help create joyful learning environments for young children. You'll support staff, manage operations, and build strong relationships with families. Pay: $18–$20/hour (equivalent to $37,440–$41,600/year). Responsibilities

• Support the Center Director in daily operations, staff supervision, and compliance
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children and families
• Maintain licensing standards and center policies
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management
• Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community

Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood education or childcare leadership (required)
• Knowledge of Texas childcare licensing standards (preferred)
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to lead with professionalism, empathy, and initiative
