Position Details
- Role: Lead/Senior Veterinary Technician
- Status: Full-time
- Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
- Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on clinical experience. Previous lead or senior tech experience is a strong plus.

- 5+ years of hands-on clinical experience. Previous lead or senior tech experience is a strong plus.
- High proficiency in the following, with the ability and desire to train others:
- Anesthesia monitoring, Blood draws and IV catheter placement, Radiology
- Dental procedures, including dental radiographs
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and dependable leadership qualities
- Assist veterinarians during exams, surgical procedures, dentistry, and diagnostics
- Serve as a room tech-welcome clients, gather patient histories, and assist during appointments
- Partner with the Hospital Manager to oversee controlled drug inventory and ensure accurate counts and compliance
- Lead and mentor our technician team-support training, guide workflow, and foster a collaborative environment
- Organize and manage equipment to support seamless daily operations
- Help cultivate a positive, team-first clinic culture
