Maintenance Make-Ready Technician

We have an outstanding team with 100 years in the multi-family industry! We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Make-Ready Technician to join our team. Our team members are talented and high performers that provide exceptional customer service and exceed company standard expectations. The Make-Ready Technician plays a critical role in our success.

Salary Range: $17-$20 hourly plus commission (varies depending on experience and property location)

Key Role Responsibilities

• Complete Make-Ready apartment maintenance in an accurate and timely manner
• Complete assigned work orders in compliance with company standard
• Assist with building and common area maintenance
• Participate in Preventative Maintenance Program and assist with organizing and tracking of property equipment

Our Ideal Candidate

• 1 year of multi-family maintenance experience (preferred)
• Ability to use tools necessary to prepare units for occupancy per company standards
• Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e. electrical, plumbing and appliance repair)
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills
• Prior knowledge of various building codes

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state
