Summary

Manages the Finance function for the business including providing operational finance support, cost tracking, vendor payment management, forecasting, financial reporting, and general financial support.

Provides input, guidance, and development of IT specific financial requirements, in partnership with relevant teams, of hotel-related IT systems, hardware, and applications for both the park and hotel specific systems and supports implementation efforts.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelors or masters degree in Finance or Accounting.


• Must have 5 or more years of experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.


• Must have 3 or more years of Finance/Accounting experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.


• Advanced Excel skills, strong planning and scheduling, and financial planning.


• Proficient knowledge of accounting principles.
