Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of clinic staff and programs to ensure compliance and patient satisfaction.
• Implement goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for clinical areas.
• Manage staff performance, including coaching and evaluations.
• Monitor budget and control clinical expenditures.
• Resolve concerns and issues raised by patients or staff.

Qualifications Required:

• Graduate from an accredited medical assistant training facility with coursework in healthcare office management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in a medical office setting.
• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical management role.
• CPR Certification is mandatory.
