Performs dish and pot washing and general cleaning duties in the kitchen and dining room
Assist in ordering and storage of food and non-food products
Sets up and maintains the dishwashing area
Distributes and stores clean pots, dishes and utensils
Cleans and sanitizes production equipment, work surfaces and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures
Empties trash containers as required
Assists in preparation of food as directed by supervisor
Notify Director of Hospitality of any malfunctioning kitchen equipment
Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen
Non Essential Functions

Completes all required courses
