Overview
Sr. Project Manager (Electrical Manufacturing) in Denton, TX. This is a Full-Time/Direct Hire opportunity. Compensation: $120,000 - $200,000 annually + Bonus.
Volt is seeking an accomplished professional to lead electrical manufacturing projects in a fast-growing company.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Production, QC, Shipping) and external stakeholders (Customers, Vendors).
- Lead the planning and execution of complex electrical panel manufacturing projects for a rapidly growing company.
- Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation from initiation to completion.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and regulatory/safety compliance (including UL standards).
- Oversee project documentation and reporting, utilizing project management software.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive continuous improvement in project execution processes.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of project management experience within the mining and data center industry.
- Significant experience managing electrical manufacturing projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems.
- Working knowledge of relevant UL standards (UL891, UL508A, UL67).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a closely related field.
- Proven leadership, strategic planning, and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP Certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with project management software such as Jira is preferred.
