Overview

Sr. Project Manager (Electrical Manufacturing) in Denton, TX. This is a Full-Time/Direct Hire opportunity. Compensation: $120,000 - $200,000 annually + Bonus.

Volt is seeking an accomplished professional to lead electrical manufacturing projects in a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Production, QC, Shipping) and external stakeholders (Customers, Vendors).
• Lead the planning and execution of complex electrical panel manufacturing projects for a rapidly growing company.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation from initiation to completion.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and regulatory/safety compliance (including UL standards).
• Oversee project documentation and reporting, utilizing project management software.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive continuous improvement in project execution processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience within the mining and data center industry.
• Significant experience managing electrical manufacturing projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems.
• Working knowledge of relevant UL standards (UL891, UL508A, UL67).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a closely related field.
• Proven leadership, strategic planning, and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP Certification is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Jira is preferred.
